02 EB3612 CNC Bending Machine

Model EB3612 all-electric servo CNC bending machine adopts servo motor to drive ball screw to push the slider up and down, the magnetic scale accurately detects the position of the slider and feeds back to the CNC system, which then compensates the servo motor to achieve the purpose of closed loop. This model has the features of fast speed, high precision, energy saving and environmental protection.

4、The hydraulic cylinders on both sides are controlled by electro-hydraulic servo valves synchronously to meet the partial load condition. The slider position adopts magnetic scale for real-time feedback, forming a closed-loop control, the repeatability of positioning accuracy can reach ± 0.01mm, positioning accuracy within ± 0.02mm, to ensure high-precision angle bending;

5、Adopt fully functional rear blocking mechanism, optional control of multiple rear blocking axes.
