Yangli Group held a grand ceremony for the launching of the new product TE4-3250FB, a large-scale intelligent partial load multi-station press!

On the morning of 27th April, the new product launching ceremony of the large-scale intelligent off-load multi-station press TE4-3250FB ordered by DZP Precision Group was grandly held in the heavy-duty assembly workshop of Yangli Science and Technology Park. Wang Jinjian, Secretary of Yangzhou Municipal Party Committee, announced the official launch of the new product and started the opening of the machine together with Lin Guofu, Chairman of the Group. Pan Xueyuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party and Labour Committee of the Economic Development Zone, and related leaders were present, and representatives of customers and suppliers witnessed the moment when the new product was launched.

The TE4-3250FB has the largest stamping tonnage of its kind in China at 3,250 tonnes, with a deadweight of about 1,300 tonnes, and features off-load resistance, a large 7.5m table, a maximum of 30 strokes per minute, and up to 16 stations. It can be widely used in cutting, punching, bending, shallow deep-drawing and other forming processes to achieve fully automatic intelligent and flexible stamping of products for customers.

In addition, the machine is equipped with imported sheet depalletising system, three-dimensional multi-station CNC transfer system, quick die change system, end-of-line belt conveyor, video monitoring and tracking system for the whole line, forming an intelligent multi-station stamping production line, with a production tempo of 15-30 times/minute. Compared with the stamping line composed of 4-6 sets of ordinary presses, it can increase the production efficiency by 2-3 times, save energy by more than 50%, and save the working area by about 60% while saving the cost.
