Yangli’s Hot Forging Press(The HFP/HGP Series Hot Die Forging Press) is a mechanical press engineered to deliver rapid, precise forging of metals heated to optimum malleability. With slide speeds ranging from 50 to 100 strokes per minute, it ensures brief die‑workpiece contact, minimizing heat buildup and extending mold life. Enhancing both automation and flexibility, features such as lateral feeding ports, progressive transfer arms, integrated control systems, and intuitive touchscreen interfaces make this press a modern benchmark in hot forging technologies.

The HFP/HGP Series Hot Die Forging Press

The HFP/HGP Series Hot Die Forging Press delivers high-speed forming at 50–100 strokes per minute, significantly reducing die-to-workpiece contact time to minimize heat buildup and extend die life. Built with a high-inertia flywheel and two-stage drive (HGP models), the press offers exceptional output energy for demanding hot forging and extrusion tasks. The welded composite frame, with hydraulic tie-rod preloading, ensures superior stiffness, easy transport, and pinpoint forging precision—while the widened table on HGP enhances production adaptability.

Drive & Performance

This series of presses features asynchronous or eccentric gear drives, delivering nominal capacities ranging from 12,500 kN to 40,000 kN. Slide stroke lengths vary between 320 mm and 500 mm, with stroke rates depending on the model, reaching up to 10–40 spm. High-strength gears and precision guide systems ensure stability and accuracy under high loads and speeds.


Structure & Forming Capability

Built with a high-rigidity welded frame, the press employs eight-sided or “X”-type slide guide designs. Shut height ranges from 900 mm to 1,600 mm, with slide adjustment between 200 mm and 300 mm. Large slide and bolster dimensions—up to 2,800 × 1,400 mm—accommodate sizable dies and enable complex part forming.


Operation & Configuration Features

Equipped with a high-sensitivity hydraulic overload protector, automatic lubrication, imported dual safety solenoid valves, and dual control systems (electronic and mechanical cam). Selected models feature a moving bolster (up to 8,000 × 3,000 mm) and optional accessories such as air cushions, tonnage gauges, and anti-vibration pads, supporting multi-station automation and rapid die change.
