Blanking press line

Our blanking lines are used to cut and stack complex geometries at a high rate, primarily in the automotive sector.

They transform a parent coil into flat-type packages of parts, similar to cut-to-length lines.

What sets our blanking lines apart is that they are a 100% YANGLI solution. We design, manufacture, assemble, and deliver all the machines that make up our blanking lines on a turnkey basis. This includes feeding and flattening lines, presses, servo presses, multi-station stackers, and oscillating dies.

Our machines are designed and constructed to ensure high productivity, product quality, and reliability. They have a compact and advanced design that can be customized for each client, and we provide integral support throughout the whole installation.

Our lines are capable of producing top-quality aluminum blanks with a high degree of efficiency and flexibility. They can also be specialized for delicate materials such as O5 steels or aluminum used for automotive skin, for parts to be welded as “tailored blanks,” or for special user applications. Additionally, we offer hybrid blanking lines that can process steel and aluminum on the same line.
