▸All-steel welded frame with CO₂ arc welding; stress-relieved after welding and machining, followed by overall tempering and shot blasting for high rigidity.
▸Special eccentric-shaft structure with short bearing span provides high rigidity and stable transmission.
▸Steel-welded slide operates within the frame guide system; eight-face high-strength guides provide high guiding accuracy and excellent resistance to eccentric loading.
▸Suitable for multi-station forging applications.
▸Imported hydraulic overload protector is integrated inside the slide. In the event of overload, pressure is released immediately, the slide stops and an electrical signal is generated to protect the press and dies.
▸Separate dry-type pneumatic friction clutch and brake provide high transmitted torque and large output, with convenient installation and maintenance.
▸E1P-xxxS models adopt a three-stage transmission system customized for specific process requirements.
