YANGLI TL4-3750 Intelligent Multi-Station Stamping Line Successfully Commissioned

On August 26, in Jizhou District, Tianjin, the Yangli TL4-3750 37,500 kN ultra-large intelligent multi-link eccentric-load multi-station stamping production line was officially put into operation at the Hago Yongxing production base, following the successful and stable start-up of the entire line. As Yangli’s flagship turnkey solution developed for high-end stamping applications, the production line features a nominal force of 37,500 kN and a maximum production speed of 30 strokes per minute. Its overall technical specifications are at an advanced level within the industry.

Seven Integrated Functions for Fully Intelligent and Flexible Production

The production line integrates seven core functions, including dual-station sheet metal destacking, a multi-link multi-station press, servo 3D transfer, end-of-line discharge conveying, fully automatic quick die change, vision inspection, and adaptive servo control, enabling intelligent and flexible stamping throughout the entire production process. The ultra-large bolster can accommodate the processing of various medium- and large-sized high-strength steel components and is widely applicable to high-end manufacturing applications such as large and medium-sized automotive high-strength steel body panels, A/B pillars, and chassis structural components.

One Year of Collaborative Efforts, Leading to On-Schedule and Efficient Delivery

The project was officially signed in April 2025 at the Beijing International Machine Tool Exhibition. Over the past year, Yangli’s R&D, manufacturing, installation and commissioning teams worked closely with the Hago Yongxing project team to overcome a number of common technical challenges in the industry, including the complex load distribution of the multi-link mechanism, rigidity assurance for the ultra-large bolster, and the machining and manufacturing of ultra-large components. Manufacturing, transportation, installation and commissioning were carried out according to the planned schedule, enabling the production line to be successfully commissioned and put into operation on time.
